Contact and delivery details you give us: name, email, phone number and, for physical orders, your address.
Order details, including the game account IDs (Player/User ID, Server, Zone) you enter for top-ups, so we can deliver them.
Limited technical data (e.g. device/browser and cookies) needed to run the site, keep your cart and remember your language.
2. Payment information
Card payments are entered and processed on our secure payment provider's hosted fields. We do not see or store your full card number or CVV — only a payment reference and result are returned to us.
3. How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders and top-ups, provide support, issue receipts, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Only as needed to complete your order: our digital top-up supplier (to deliver credits), our payment provider and bank (to take payment), and delivery partners for physical goods. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
Your orders and invoices are saved to your account so you can view them and download invoices whenever you need them. We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to retain.
